Postdoctoral Scholars/Fellows: If you’re interested in joining the lab for postdoc training, please reach out to Dr. Hayne as soon as possible to discuss your interests and timeline. Please include an updated CV and description of your interests in the Hayne Lab and big picture goals for postdoctoral training, for further discussion. Experience with RNA biology and/or protein biochemistry is strongly preferred.
UChicago has a few funding opportunities for postdocs. We also have a prestigious program within the Biological Sciences Division, the UChicago Fellows. Dr. Hayne is also a member of the Institute for Biophysical Dynamics which offers the Yen Fellowship.

Graduate Students: The lab is accepting rotation students. Current University of Chicago graduate students should contact Dr. Hayne about rotation opportunities.
If you’re interested in pursuing graduate school at the University of Chicago, please read more about the programs and applying HERE. Dr. Hayne will not respond to emails requesting admission to the lab from prospective students who are not already accepted to our graduate programs.
